From the time I moved to England it was easy to observe the pain. I knew that many people from England were moving to Cyprus. I assumed it was because of the sun.
People need support. People need to talk. People need to feel human. England is a country were support and talk are available but not always easy to be found when needed.
This is the main reason I decided to become health and wellbeing champion. This is the main reason I decided to continue my studies in mental health for as much as possible.
