From the time I moved to England it was easy to observe the pain. I knew that many people from England were moving to Cyprus, Greece and Spain for their own reasons. I assumed it was because of the sunshine. When you are born in England, you need more warmth.
The real reasons were too complicated. The people needed support. Guidance. Education. Advice. For some reason, they couldnt’ find it when they needed it.
People needed to talk. People needed to feel human again. The modern societies are toxic and Britain is a very good example.
England is a country where support and talk are still available but not always easy to be found when it is needed.
Too many people feel lonely. Lost. Tired.
This was the main reason I decided to become a health and wellbeing champion. This is the main reason I decided to continue my studies in mental health for as much as possible. The local societies in England need as much support as possible. I would urge everyone to offer their help and support their local community.
When I lost a close friend, I realized how complicated the life in England is, how toxic is the design, how helpless the people feel, how poor and unprofessional the public services are.
Things have to change. As quick as possible. I am committed to be part of a better tomorrow.
